Our society depends on First Responders to protect us, and BRAVE Police & Public Safety Wellness Center is proud to offer Wellness Programs to help protect First Responders. The ultimate objective of our Wellness Programs is to help First Responders live the longest and healthiest lives possible.

About us Brave Wellness Center

Designed for those who serve(d) in law enforcement, public safety sectors, and/or the military, our Wellness Programs are designed to combat the cycle of unaddressed trauma in order to improve overall health and wellness.

Typical agenda points include:

  • Relaxation exercises and alternative thinking strategies
  • Healthy expression of emotions
  • Job-related depression and anxiety issues
  • PTSD issues and debriefing
  • Preventing addiction
  • Family and relationship conflicts
  • Finding a work/life balance
